The Mind Boggles

Enough is Enough !!!!!

Since my last post I have spent numerous hours looking at my web site and etsy, in the hope of increasing site traffic and sales, SO FAR NOT SO GOOD ! I have scoured the internet for suggestions and set about tweaking.

As far as my website goes I am actually quite pleased with it, the layout seems to work, pictures look good, seo is apparently all complete YAY ! I will however spend time on a regular basis adapting my key words and adding new photos of my work.

As for etsy, at this point I could easily throw all my toys out the pram, quite frankly OMG

I have now got 50 items plus on my etsy site as someone suggested, my images I believe are good, although I may need more images for each item. I have used all 10 keywords on each listing. (These may need altering). I have reviewed my prices and these seem competitive.

I have added instagram however I think I made an error adding my personal instagram, I should have had a separate instagram account just for business. I am about to connect facebook, so will see how it goes, and let you know how I am getting on.

On a positive note I have sold a tiny amount via etsy and have had fab reviews, for which I am very grateful. My facebook page seems to be a great way of advertising my work and is now gaining regular interest.

To sum it up, it seems to be very much trial and error, and I will persevere.
